810 DB JANEIRO, 14th Feb. Sir Otto Niemeycr, who arrived yesterday accompanied by six secretaries, was mot by Government officials and representatives of tlio Bank of Brazil. The attitude of the Brazilian Press is antagonistic to his mission. Several I journals declare that, despite the victory achieved for the people by the 'revolution, Brazil still submits to foreign banking intervention, claiming that such intervention is due to tho maladministration of the former Government. , ,
Sir Otto was invited to Brazil to advise the Government on problems of national finance.
