In the Magistrate's Court on Saturday, before Mr. T. B. M'Neil, S.M., Lillian Huchinson Sommervillo, a domestic, aged 21, was ordered to be detained in a BorHtal Institution for a period not exceeding two .yearn, on a charge of beiiicr an idlo and disorderly person with insufficient lawful means of support, and for a similar offenco Jessie Irvine, a, domestic, aged 25, was sentenced to reformative detention for a period not exceeding two years. Mr. M'Noil said that, in neither case had the probation officer recommended probation.
