Archbishop Averill arid Mrs. Averill, Auckland, who have been the guests of Bishop and Mrs. West-Watson, at Bishopseonrt, Christchurch, will leave for the North to-night. i Mrs. W. Chrystall (Christchurch), accompanied by her sister, Miss Inglis (India), who has been her guest for some weeks, arrived in Wellington on Saturday en route to Taihape to visit her son, Mr. Gordon Chrystall. Mrs. Murray Gardner, Christchurch, who has been paying a brief visit to Wellington, will leave for the South to-night. Mrs. K. Sinclair has returned to Wellington from Napier, where she was visiting at the time of the earthquake. Mrs. Alan Averill, Napier, and her two children left on Saturday night for Christchurch to stay with Mrs. Averill's mother, Mrs. Beadel. Miss Maberley Beadel came to Wellington to meet her. Miss Bottie Hislop, "Wellington, is the guest of Mrs. Trolove, "The Shades," Marlborough. ■ The Bishop of Polynesia, Bishop Kempthorne, and Mrs. Kempthorne, who have been the guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Collins, Christchurch, during the Synod will arrive in Wellington to-morrow on their way north. Mrs. Ambridge, Earotonga, who is at present visiting Wellington, will leave shortly for Christchurch. Mr. and Mrs. J. B. M'Kenzie, Eoydon Lodge, Yaldhurst, are spending a week's holiday in the North Island. Mrs. Nelson and her son, Hospital Hill, Napier, are staying with Miss M' Coll, Salamanca road, Wellington. Miss N. Reeves, who has been visiting Wairarapa and Wellington, will return to Christchurch, to-morrow. Mrs. G. Davidson, Christchurch, is spending a, holiday in Wellington. .Mr. and Mrss S.- T. S. Martin, Wellington, who . have been; visiting the '^ranz JoseF;. Glacier, are now in €jiristehurch. '. ~'"'../... Mrs. C.
