(Eeceived 13th February, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 12th February. Daniel O'Kelleher and Ms son, Dennis, insurance agents, of Sheffield, were fined £25 each for selling Irian Grand National sweep tickets. The defence contended that the Act constituting, the Free State a Dominion rendered a lottery ipso facto legal in Britain. . I The Magistrates held that, while recognising the Dominions possessed free : government, they must themselves consider English law. <:
