VICE-PRESIDENT RESIGNS
("Times" Cable.) (Received 12th February, 8 a.m.) BERLIN; 11th February. "The Times' " Berlin correspondent states that Herr Stohr has resigned the Vice-Presidency of the Reichstag.
On 2nd February a Nazi motion, that Germany withdraw from the League of Nations two years hence was defeated in a secret session of the Reichstag Foreign Relations: Committee. The minority consists of Nazis, Nationalists, and Communists. When the Reichstag met, the Nazis instantly brought forward a motion that President Hindenburg dissolve Parliament. ■.
