HELP FOR AUSTRALIA
(.Received 12th February, 1 p.m.) LONDON, 11th February. As the result of tho representations of Mr. L. H. Boyce, M.P. (an Australian) discussions with the Foreign Offlco, the Ministry is accepting Mr.
Boyce's amendment to the third reading of the China Indemnity Application Bill allowing a portion of the indemnity of four millions to bo expended in Australia, chiefly on railway sleepers.
