RIDERS' INTENTIONS A resolution expressing confidence in Ihe Management o£ the Port Nicholson Amateur Road Cycling Club (Inc.), and in its controlling -body, the New Zealand Union of Cyclists, was passed , at a general meeting of the club last evening, over which Mr. 11.I1. Hoare presided.; ■ ;. ■ Provided.arrangements can be made for the use. of the Basin Reserve, evening sports meetings are to be continued- as from Monday next. The chairman said it was also hoped to hold a Saturday afternoon meeting in the near future. J. A. Foote and L. Roberts, who applied to ride under the control of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association again, \v£re present, and gave reasons for their action. It was stated to-day by an official of the club, that the resignations; oE the two riders had not yet been .received.

AUCKLAND, Tins Day! ■■ The- Manulcau' Amateur Cycling Club unanimously decided to retain affiliation with -the New Zealand Union of Cyclists, and to urgs that the policy oi! co-operation be adopted throughout the Dominion.
