SPECULATION IN RUBBER AND TIN
(Beceived 27th January, 11 a.m.) SINGAPOBE, 26th January. "William Brown Penman, an accountant and director of a firm, of sharebrok-1 ers, was sentenced to three years' im- ( prisonment for a criminal breach of trust involving £34,000. The evidence showed that the money was lost in rubber and tin speculations.
