Messrs. Samuel Page and Son report, under date of 26th January: "Since our report, dated 22nd instant, butter is 2s to 3s per cwt lower; cheese is Is per cwt lower." . The following report has been received from Messrs. Trengrouse and Nathan, Ltd., London, dated 26th January:—"New Zealand butter, 112s per cwt; New Zealand cheese, 54s per cwt. Both markets expected to improve soon."
