MR. T. KEEBLE

The deatli occurred on Saturday of Mr. Thomas Kceble, an old settler of the Manawatu district, at the age of 87 years. Mr. Koeble came to New Zealand in 1870 and resided in the Hutt Valley for five years before going to the Manawatu, where he was engaged in farming at Longburn and Fitzherbert, retiring about 20 years ago. The late Mrs. Keeble predeceased her husband about four years ago. Mr. Kceble is survived by three sons and three (laughers—Mrs. R. O. 13. Carey (Hamilton), Mrs. W-. W. Carey (Wellington), Mrs. W. Thomson (Pahnerston North), Messrs. C. T. Kceble , (Fitzherbert), G. C. Keeble (Pahnerston North), and A. C. Keoble, of London.
