GOLD MINE DISASTER

ROCKBURST KILLS WORKERS

DELHI, 24th January.

Eleven men were killed and 80 injured as a result of a rockburst in the Oorgaum gold mines in Mysore State yesterday. Nine bodies have been recovered. Two of the injured died after being brought to the surface.
