LONDON, 19th January. Work was again in progress at all th» South Wales collieries to-day, following the acceptance during the weekend of the terms of settlement by th« Miners' Delegates' Conference. •The South Wales owners and miner* are immediately establishing a conciliation board to operate the new agreement which has ended the coal dispute. According to a previous message, tha chief points of the settlement in th« South Wales mine dispute are that wages are to be unchanged until th» end of February, with1 a 7J hours'_ dayagreement, to be, negotiated .by a point conciliation board with a*"new independent chairman, who will have; the final decision if the two sides disagree.' ''
