COMMISSION OF INQUIRY
GENEVA, 19 th January. After a long secret discussion, the sub committee appointed by the Commission of Inquiry into the economic union of Europe to consider invitations to Russia and Turkey, decided to admit them to participation into a study of the world economic crisis as affecting the European States. The full committee will publicly aiscuss the resolution on Tuesday. "■-
