The short title of this Bylaw is "The Wellington City Bylaw (Abattoir) 1931," and it shall apply to the whole of the City of Wellington, and also to the City Abattoir as herein defined. The object and purport of the bylaw are: To amend and consolidate the provisions of the Bylaws of the City of Wellington as to the City Abattoir and thosale of meat in the City of Wellington.
