MAGISTRATE'S COURT

On a charge of being an idle and disorderly person in that he begged alms in Courtenay place, Joseph Johnston, alias James Smith, aged 51, was convicted by Mr. E. Mavis Good, a shop assistant, aged 19, was committed to a Borstal institution for two years for failing to comply with the terms of a probation order. Joseph Thomas Lenihan, a Post Ofliue messenger, aged 26, against whom, wore three charges of obscene exposure, was sentenced to three months' imprisonment on each charge, the sentences to be concurrent. ,^_____^^_^__
