INSISTAXCE LIKELY AMENDMENT TO STAND

The "Daily Telegraph's" political! correspondent learns that the House of Lords intends to insist on the .Dyestuffs Amendment, and expresses the opinion that it will be difficult for tho Government, in view of the significance of the recent division, to oppose it further when the Bill is returned from the House of Lords to allow the amendment to be reinserted.
