TELEPHONE PROGRESS
LONDON, 18th December. The General Post Office announces that, to me«t the growth of tho telephone traffic between .Britain and Germany, additional circuits have, been brought into service to Berlin and Cologne. Twenly-three circuits now connect Britain with Germany.
