BIG MATCH AT MIKAMAK. '
To-morrow, at Miramar Tennis Grounds, the Wellington Lawn Tennis Association, is holding a progressive mixed doubles tournament. The. programme is--, one which was to have been held- at the date originally set for the .official opening [pi< the courts, which event was abandonedbecause of bad weather. Post entries are being received for the meeting.- ■■■ Play'■will commence at 2 p.m. in-.the tournament, and at 3 p.m. the association" has arranged for an 'exhibition double to be played. ' In this N. R. C. Wilson and.'. A. C. Stcilrn.au will oppose TX G. France and A. L. France. Both these combinations are entered for thq Ncav -Zealccl championships at Christchureh next wetik, and are among the strongest pairs competinfi, while three players—D. G. France, Wilson, and Stedmau —were in the doubles final last season! D. Gt. France, of course,is at present holder of the national doubles championship. . ■■ . ', , ,
