All unusual feature is contained in a motor collision claim being hoard in the Magistrate's Court to-day by Mr. E. Page, S.M. Each party concerned in the collision has issued a summons against the other, %yith the result .that both parties are plaintiffs and both are defendants. The two actions are being heard together, each party being simultaneously plaintiff and defendant. The accident occurred about midnight on sth July, the owners of the cars being Frederick Charles Standidge and Leonard W. Shepherd. The former's car was being driven by his son, Jack Allan Standidge. , ' ' ■ • • Standidge, for whom Mr. " \V. B. Brown appears, is claiming £.75 9s and Shepherd £31 15s 6d. Mr. E. Watterson appears for Shepherd. Evidence is beiDg heard.
