Curls to Match
Women passengers on the Tanda, which recently arrived at Melbourne from Japan, said that in France and in Britain it seemed that some women would go back to curls, writes a correspondent. . Parisian hairdressers, they said, expressed the opinion that the popularity of the long, flowing dresses indicated that women were prepared for a more elaborate mode of hail-dress-ing.to match the graceful gowns. Hair would frame the face, two or three long curls falling either across one shoulder or bunched at the nape of the neck. London hairdressers thought that the fashions of. 100 years ago would be a huge success if started for evening wear.
