Two new books hj Lord Birkenhead, who died recently, are ready for publication. Messrs. Hutehinson are- issuing "Turning Points in History," with chapters ranging in time from the conversion of St. Paul to the problem of the Dantzig corridor and the coming of the Bolshevist. Lord Birkonhead's now collection of essays, discussing a wider range of topics under the title of "Views and Reviews," is expected from Casscll shortly.
