ON THE WAY TO AMERICA

LEAVING AMSTERDAM

(British Official Wireless.) KUGBY, 9th November. Owing to unfavourable weather the flight of the big German flyh:g-boat, Dornier Do. X, which was expected to leave Amsterdam for C'alshot, Southampton Water, yesterday morning, has been postponed twice.' If the weather is favourable she will leave Amsterdam to-morrow. It is expected that the flying boat will remain at Calsbot a day or two after its arrival and will be visited by privileged visitors. The German Embassy and the' British Air, Ministry are each taki' p down 200 guests, and in all something like 500 people will be shown over the flying boat. The Prince of Wales will probably fly in his own aeroplane to the Hampshire Flying Club's aerodrome, and cross the river to Calshot to inspect the machine.
