MAGISTRATE'S COURT
« Police cases in the Magistrate's Court to-day were dealt with by. Mr. E. Page, "These cases are of their nature difficult to deal with, and my experience, is that they do not readily respond to probation," said the Magistrate in sentencing Kenneth George James, a labourer, aged 21, to three months' imprisonment on each of four charges o£ wilful and obscene exposure. The sentences are to be concurrent. Mr. J. S. Hanua represented the accused, who pleaded guilty. lhe offences were committed in the presence of school children at Northland.
