E. .Clynes, Home Secretary, re'« plying in. the House of Commons to 4 question as to whether the police pro* cedure as laid down, in the Commi* sion's report was hampering Scotland, Yard's investigation of murders, olj which many had recently remained unf' solved, said that he did not entertain any suggestion that it should be abrw* gated.
