OPINION IN LONDON

BAD EFFECT ON CREDIT LONDON, 6th November. The "Morning Post's" city editor says the cable message from Australia regarding Mr. Lyons is bound to have a bad effect on Australian credit. The paper adds: "One of the defects of the extreme Labour politicians is an imperfect appreciation of what is involved in national credit." Tho "News-Chronicle" city editor says: "The caucus decision will be unwelcome in London, where hopes were held that a way would be cleared by proper handling of internal loans for the repayment of the loan maturing in London in 1932."
