CONGRATULATIONS
GOVERNOR-GENERAL'S MESSAGE i The following cablegram has been sent by His Excellency the GovernorGeneral, Lord Bledisloe, to the Governor of New South Wales, congratulating Mr. Oscar Garden on his flight from London to Australia: "Oscar Garden, New Zealand aviator: I send you warmeat congratulations on your courageous and successful flight, which, has created intense admiration throughout the Dominion.—(Sgd.) Bledisloe, GovernorGeneral." The following cablegram has been, forwarded to Mr. Oscar Garden by the Acting-Prime Minister (the Hon. E. A. Ransom): "Government of New Zealand wishes to congratulate you upon your wonderful achievement.
