WIKKIPEG. 6th November. The Wheat Pool Convention unanimously adopted a plan to repay the banks for the over-payment on the 1929 crop account at the rate o£ 606,000 dollars annually, tor the next few years, when they hope to have the -whole debt repaid. The losses are still uncertain, since the cr6i> has not beeu all sold yet, but Manitoba's share will be probably over three million dollars. The gro&s losses for the three Prairie Provinces probably will be over fifteen million dollars. *
