CHRISTCHURCH, 24th October. The potatoes market has buffered a complete relapse. Quotations to-day are £1 ]5s to £2 a ton on trucks. This is the lowest level known for many years. The northern market, as far as volume of business is concerned, is. practically nou'cxistent. There are still a fair quantity of tubers offering. One of the principal features of the market is the disinclination of merchants to deal in forward businets, little 01 which is passing. There are no .changes to report in any 01 the other sections of the market, which are quiet.
