At the Imperial Conference, Lord Sa«« key's Committee further considered Imperial Kelations, including the Empire tribunal, which is not yet fully defined. The Dominions expressed, general satisfaction at \he Foreign Office's system of forwarding information. The- only real question at issue .was the best method of providing for speedy consultation and discussion. ■ The Committee adjourned. The matters referred to the Sankey Committee now include Privy Council appeals, questions'of nationality, tha Empire tribunal, advising the King' on tlie appointment of Governors-Genera!, commercial treaties, status of ; High. Commissioners, issue of exequatur* to foreign Consuls. ' - .".
