There has been a rather largo crop of casualties among prominent spring can; didates,. especially New Zealand horses. Sargon and Veihnond each bruised a foot last week. First Sight is lame in a front foot, and his Epsom prospects are not favourable. Waterline has> a minor foot trouble. Eaglet has broken down, and Inevitable bled after running at Hawkesbiiry oh Saturday. A decision .
