IMPERIAL CONFERENCE. .DEPASTURE OF PRIME ~ MINISTER. In spite of fears to the contrary, Parliament managed to get Mr. Forbes off to the Imperial Conference, and the Prime Minister had a busy time outlining his plans and policy which he will present to tho Conference.
