TO AVERT WHEAT CRASH.
(Received 20th September, 11 a.m.) ADELAIDE, 19th. September. A deputation of wheat growers has asked the State Premier, Mr. Hill, to co-operate with other State Governments in trying to stave off a crash in the wheat prices. One speaker contended that on existing prices for wheat it would not be profitable to take off the crops. Mr. Hill agreed to the course suggested by the deputation.
