FARMERS' AUCTIONEERING CO.
The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Hamilton, reports for the year ended 31st July, a net profit of £46,260, which, with the £3853 brought forward, from last year, totals £50,U-i. From this preference dividends have been paid, £15,192, leaving for distribution £3-1,922. The directors propose payment of a dividend of 7 per cent, on ordinary shares and the income tax tor the year, and to carry the balance forward.
