With two narrow victories yesterday, Miss V. Uphani (Miramar) ' as reached the final of the Ellis Cup for the Hamilton ladies' golf championship.

Iv the second round, Miss Upham beat Mrs. G. N. Goiver (Hamilton), 1 up, while in the third round the Wellingtonian won on the twenty-first green agninat Mrs. F. .Mciudcr (Hamilton).
