ESPERANTO CLUB.
The weekly meeting of the-Wellington Esperanto Club took place.last night i m the V.M.C.A., Mr. E. C. Jack presiding. Instruction classes continued - till nine o'clock, after which an entertaining programme was presented. The opening item was'an original Esperanto sketch entitled "La Primadono," the roles being presented by Misses G. Cart* and E. Dugmd. Mr. Jack gave an interesting talk in Esperanto on "La Komenco de mia Studado de Esperanto." Mr Vernon Leek, who has just returned .from the Continent, gave an entertaining talk m Esperanto on "Vizito al la Kontmento' outlining the services that Esperanto had rendered in the various cities visited, me secretary Mr. Bertram Potts, contributed a monologue entitled "Aventuro kun China Studento."
