Mrs. Marmaduko Bcthell, Pahau Pastures, Canterbury, arrived in Wellington this morning for a short visit. Captain and Mrs. K. Stewart . and family were passengers by the Mataroa, which arrived- in Wellington this morning. • ■ .. . ' ■ Miss Kthol Duncan, Herctaunga, returned to Wellington this morning by the Mataroa from England. Mrs. S. Copp, Kaitrina, Canterbury, is paying a short visit to Wellington. Miss Phyllis Boyle, Christehurch,. is paying a round of visits in tho North Island. Dr.' Ada Paterson has returned to Wellington after a trip North. Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Hardie, Christchureh, arrived in-Wellington tins morning for a short visit. Mrs A. H. Eothenberg, Christchureh, who has been visiting Wellington, has turned home. Mrs. Leslie Mills, Dunedin, is in Wellington at present to meet Mrs. P. K. Sargood, who is returning to Kcw Zealand from a trip abroad. Miss Bennett, Palmerston South, has returned home after a holiday spent m Wellington. Miss K. Zeisler, who has been spendin" her holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. Zeisler, in Wanganui, has returned to Wellington. Miss Blanche Sanders, Christchureh, arrived in Wellington this morning tor a visit. Mr. and Mrs. George Gould, Fenclaltou, Christehureh, are visiting Kotoraa at present. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Page, Auckland, motored to Wellington for the annual dental conference, which is being hold this week. Mrs. Anderson, Spreydon, and Mrs. Craythome, Sumner, arrived m Wellington this morning. Mrs E. W. Whiteford, Wanganui, is tho guest of Mrs. A. L.
