A FARMERS' RESOLUTION

(By Telegraph.-^r.eii Awociation.) DTTNEDIN, This Day. The Otago Partners' Union passed the following resolution:

"That this executive strongly supports the Dominion president ..in his attitude in pointing out the serious financial position of the country and the way in which we are heading with increasing Government expenditure and increasing local body indebtedness. In the opinion of the executive, the time has come when every section of the community should face the facts and institute drastic economies."
