The Pakuranga Hunt Club's annual meeting is taking place at Ellerslie in fine weather, but on a dead track. There is a fair attendance. Results:— ' Greenniount Hunters' Steeples, of 200 soys; about 2J miles.—7 Scaramouche, 9.0, 1; 1 Freyja, 9.0, 2; 4 Lovely Boy, 9.0, 3. Scr.: Mandate and Roadman. Won by three lengths, ten lengths between second and third.. Time, smin 8 3-ssee. Harris Memorial Hunters' Hurdles, of 200 soys; one and a half miles.—J. Pennyplain, 10.7, 1; 2 Spalpiko, 9.12, 2; 7 Twinklbr, 9.0, 3. Scratched: Fair Abbey, Mandate, Mashoor. Won by two and a half lengths. Time, 2min 50sec. Sylyia Park Handicap, of 200 soys; seven furlongs.—B Waimur, 7.0, 1; 6 Volomond, 9.0, 2; 12 Wild Country, 7.0, 3. Scratched: Principal. Won by threes quarters of a length. Time, ljniii 29 3rssec. ...
