Knocked senseless 2000 feet above the earth by a blow on the head from a piece of iron falling from his own 'plane, Lieutenant Laboria floated gently earthwards only'slightly hurt. Laboria was testing a new aeroplane at Versailles when tho upper wing became detached. Laboria jumped out with a parachute, pulled tho cord, and was struck a few seconds later, but the parachute opened normally. Tho 'plane fell 25 yards from Laboria a completo wreck.
