Forces, provided that such Soldiers or Nurses were born in New Zealand or were domiciled in the Dominion immediately prior to 4th August, 1914. To children of Soldiers or Nurses who wero wholly or partially disabled omactive service. 3. To children of Soldiers or Nurses who were on active service with the New Zealand Expeditionary Forces. 4.
