SYDNEY, This Day.
The chairman of the Australian Conference of Meat Exporters, Mr. William Angliss, stated that because of falling markets, high costs, embargoes, and tariffs, the Australian meat export industry was confronted wiU. a most critical position. Every possible avenue must be explored and every effort made immediately to get down costs and secure a modification of the tariff.
