REDS IN JAPAN
MILITARY PLANS REVEALED TOKIO, 16th August. A sensation has been caused in military circles by the arrest of a drafts-1 man and six others, all of whom are civilians, in the Army General Staff Office at Tokio. They are stated to be active Communists. It is alleged that tho draftsman betrayed military secrets besides spreading Red propaganda and inciting soldiers.
