FRENCH CLUB
On Thursday night the Cercle Francais held its fortnightly reunion in the Pioaieer Club's reception hall, the programme being in charge o£ Mrs. W. R. Hursthouse. An excellent'drama, "Le Luthier de Cremone," was given by Misses Katrine and Mary Hursthouse, Messrs. Balham and M'Aloon Mrs. Hursthouse introduced the drama. A "Fantaisie Dialogue" (Le Loupet le Chien—La Fontaine) was given by Madame de'Filippi and Madame T. S. Herd contributed an extract from "Tartwin ds Taraecon."
