ThomasSurke's Limchouee district will be the settingof a new English opera to be produced at Bournemouth this month. It is the work of Walford Hyden and is titled "The Chink and tho Child." The libretto,, which is by Burke, in based upon one of his niost celebrated stones of London's Chinatown, Mr. Hyden wael in Aubtralia as 'one "of "the conductors for I'avlova.
