A conference of delegates from sul>eentres affiliated to the Wellington Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association resolved that for the- future championship meetings each club nominate only,three starters in each event; that only six cyclists staTt in each heat; that the Wellington Centre bo asked to approach the Dominion Association to .have, the foes1 from affiliated clubs reduced to half a j guinea; applications to control country clubs' championships to bo for-. warded to the Wellington Centre at the end of October each year.
