BRITISH SAILORS' SOCIETY.
The entertainment provided by Mr»Claude Sander's pupils at the rooms of the British Sailors' Society on Wedneg» day evening provided enjoyment, out 'df the ordinary for the very large audiencr of seafarers. The children delighted th» men with their singing, dancing, and elocutionary numbers. At the conclusion '• vote of thanks, proposed by the secretary» was carried by acclamation and cheers* Supper was served by the young lady workers of the society. Items were contributed by Misses Jessie Cook, M. Flarinigan, Lillian Kennedy, Betty Feehan, Agne* Daily, Freda Harris, Dell Sandtlands, Flo Monihan, Delores Harris, Jean O'Connor, Leore Falls, Minnie O'Connor, Jean Falls, and Phyllis Roberts, Masters Jack Sheridan and Jack Feehan.
