LADIES' CLUB MATCHES

Two interclub. women's golf matches were played yesterday, by .the Miramar Club. Its teams met teams from Hutt and Waiwetu. The results were as follow:—'

Against Hutt (Hutt players mentioned first): Mrs. Treadwell lost to Miss Barnett, 5 and 4.; Mrs. Wagg lost to Miss G; Uphamy 4 and 2; Miss Wheeler lost tp Miss Petrie, 5 and 4j* Mrs. Pearce beat Mrs. Foreman, 4 and 3; Mrs. Slater lost to Miss Hansen, 3 and 1; Mrs. Davidson lost to Miss Fair, 7 and 5; Miss Grady lost to Miss Taylor, 4 and 2; Miss Wilson and Mrs. ITarr, all 'square; Mrs. Kainey. lost to 3lrs. Miramar won 5, Waiwetu 3, and 1 was square.
