LADIES' CLUB MATCHES
Two interclub. women's golf matches were played yesterday, by .the Miramar Club. Its teams met teams from Hutt and Waiwetu. The results were as follow:—'
Against Hutt (Hutt players mentioned first): Mrs. Treadwell lost to Miss Barnett, 5 and 4.; Mrs. Wagg lost to Miss G; Uphamy 4 and 2; Miss Wheeler lost tp Miss Petrie, 5 and 4j* Mrs. Pearce beat Mrs. Foreman, 4 and 3; Mrs. Slater lost to Miss Hansen, 3 and 1; Mrs. Davidson lost to Miss Fair, 7 and 5; Miss Grady lost to Miss Taylor, 4 and 2; Miss Wilson and Mrs. ITarr, all 'square; Mrs. Kainey. lost to 3lrs. Eichmond, 4 and 3; Miss Monkmah lost to Mrs. A. Fair, 3 and 2; Miss, Lee lost to Mrs:, Williams, 4 and 2; Miss N. Ballinger lost to Mrs. Caughley, 6 and 4; Miss A. Bunny and Mrs. Winchester, all square; Miss P. Bunny lost to Mrs. Maudsley, 4 and 3; Miss Matthews and Mrs. Morrah, all square; Miss Gilkison and Mr*. Aiken, all square; Mrs. Holmes lost to Mrs. Andrews, 2 and 1; Mrs. Dawson lost to Miss Tingey, 6 and 5; Miss Woodman won from Mrs. Simmons, 2 up; Mrs.'Rathbone.lost to Mrs. Keaney, 2 and 1; Miss Young lost to Mrs. Rodgers,- 2 and 1; Mrs. Seddon won from Mrs. Turner, 5 and 4; Miss Gentry won from Miss A. L. Hal], 4 and 3; Miss B. Gilkisoh won from Mrs. Hurst, 4 and 3. Miraniar won 15 matches, lost 5, and 4 were square. '
Against Waiwetu, at Miramar (Waiwetu names mentioned first): Mrs. Evison lost to Mrs. Cromb, 4 and 3; Miss Robinson won from Mrs. Berendsen, 3 and l;' Miss G-aynor won from Mrs. Austin, 4 and 2; Mrs. Adatnson lost to Mrs. O'Leary, 7 and 6; Mrs. Ryan and Miss J. Hall, all square; Mrs.- Parkinson lost to Mrs. Murray, 4 and 3; Mrs. Ridler won from Miss Van Staveren, 3 and 2; Miss Milne lost to Mrs. Park, 5 and 4; Miss Findlay lost to Miss Tanner, 1 up. Miramar won 5, Waiwetu 3, and 1 was square.
