SAILORS' FRIEND SOCIETY.
1 The helpers at the Sailors' 'Friend Society's concert on Thursday were rewarded with loud and: long applause and demands for encores. -;- ■ Mrs. James Moore was .hostess. ■■• The-performers were Mesdames Aplin and Ivor Wilson, Misses M. Moore, I.' Stantony L. Webb; E. Harris, and Messrs. K. Wilson, 5... Harris, Silver, and Williams. Mrs. I. Wilson and the Misses E. Harris and M. Moore were at the piano. Light; refreshments were handed round in an interval. The prizes for the competitions-came from Mesdames Wilson and Alpinei.atid.M'SS.M. Moore.
