OVERLAND FLIGHT
ROUND CANADIAN TOWNS
SOUTHERLY COURSE HOME
British Official Wireless. (Received 13th August, 11 a.m.) ETJGBY, 12th August. After a twenty-four hours' flight, during which she visited Niagara Falls and many towns and was greeted by huge crowds, the airship 8100 returned to Saint Hubert airport, Montreal. As she approached the mooring mast the reduction gear in the starboard engine broke and the vibration of the guy wire caused a small tear in the fabric. This mishap will not interfere with the BlOO's return flight, and she is expected to leave for England on Wednesday. She may take a more southerly course, and there is a prospect that after passing up tho Bristol Channel she may flyj over London on tho way to Cardington. I The Canadian Government has been greatly impressed by the EIOO, and reported they may shortly consider the construction of a larger ship.
