A CHEERFUL SIDE
(Special to "The Evenino Post.")
DUNEDIN, This Day. Tho "Evening Star" in an editorial on tho British tour says:—
"One's heart goes out to Sobey over his disappointment at having to look on at his irrepressible comrade instead of being there himself to greatly enhance Spong's value to the team, great though it was even without Soboy, but cheerfulness under either adversity or success has been the- outstanding quality of tho British team. Under any and all circumstances did they keep the game open and play the kind of football that the spectators like, and that they themselves evidently like. Though we beat them, it will bo our own fault entirely if ■wo have not learned much of great value from them to the lasting improvement of , Kugby in New Zealand."
